Guided Meditations

Guided meditations are amazing! They are a great learning and healing format in which I as a guide can gently show you new ways to navigate situations and experiences.

Why can it be so hard to change behaviors? Because life is not a dress rehearsal, so we hold fast to our old defense mechanisms and go-to responses, but in the realm of a guided meditation, we can slow it all down, stop, rethink and re-feel, take a breath.. and release old pain and breathe in new joy in the freedom of accessible and understandable change.

Sometimes just being in the experience of noticing our reactions and how we behave, we might feel a new openness to simply see where we are without feeling judged or pressured to be a certain way.

Before you start get comfortable, sit or lie down and dim the lights, for the best experience I recommend headphones, and using the full screen feature if you are choosing to watch the visuals.

These meditations promote relaxation so I don’t recommend if you are driving or operating heavy machinery.

The more relaxed and focused you are the more enjoyable your experience will be.

Am I doing this right? Just let go and don’t worry about doing it right, just dive in!
